Tiny robot you can swallow
Researchers from MIT, University of Sheffield and Tokyo Institute of Technology designed a tiny ingestible robot that can crawl across the stomach wall to remove unwanted objects or patch a wound. The robot, controlled by external magnets, is encapsulated in a pill and can unfold itself on its own.
